is it normal to have lump behind nipples?they said because of high estrogenn

My DD has a like-a-lump behind her nipples. Is this something to be worried of? When i touch it she does not fuss or cry. Its nipples are normal and shes all fine even when touched.

kamusta na po baby nyo ngayon ? may bukol din po kasi ngayon ang baby ko, 9 months old pa lang po siya. Ano po ginawa nyo po para mawala ang bukol/lump?

any update po sa baby nyo? ano po ginawa nyo para mwala mawala ang bukol. may bukol po kasi baby ko ngayon. nag worry na po kasi ako
