2 yr old daughter with pooping issue

Daughter have problem to push each time she wants to poop. She has hard stool. Have tried giving her prune juice and stool softener...doesn't help. Anyone faced this and how to solve this pooping problem? She cries each time she wants to poop

Try give her papaya..1 more tips, every time after bath or changing diaper..mommy can applied vaseline on her anal..i always do that to my both kids frm they’re newborn until now they are 4 & 3..
