Sleep on left side is best. But at 11 weeks+, baby not heavy enough to compress the main vein and artery when you on back. Our gynae told us most important is actually the mummy gets rest. Position is good if can, but if mummy doesn't get sufficient rest, baby development may be affected. So, just get comfortable and don't stress about sleep position :) My wife slept on back most of the time in 3rd tri then in last few weeks, prop herself up using pillows as if in a recliner chair. She tried sleeping on side but always roll to back in middle of sleep. Baby is doing very well now.

Try sleeping on your side. Can also get additional pillows, maternity pillows or wedge support and experiment to see which position works best for you. I find that sleeping with my head and upper back slightly raised is helpful but something else may work better for you. It’ll probably be trial and error.

Sleep on the side, better to be on the left. I slept on my right throughout the entire pregnancy as my doctor advised me not to sleep on my left to avoid giving pressure to my heart (as I have history of shortness of breath and chest tightness before pregnancy for a few years)

Sleep on your side. Don't sleep on your tummy. Back should be ok for now but further along u may experience breathlesness due to baby's weight.

Hey, Please sleep by your left side for better blood circulation and also please take a maternity pillow for better support
