11weeks plus pregnant
Cant seem to get right which position to sleep. Advice me please.
Sleep on left side is best. But at 11 weeks+, baby not heavy enough to compress the main vein and artery when you on back. Our gynae told us most important is actually the mummy gets rest. Position is good if can, but if mummy doesn't get sufficient rest, baby development may be affected. So, just get comfortable and don't stress about sleep position :) My wife slept on back most of the time in 3rd tri then in last few weeks, prop herself up using pillows as if in a recliner chair. She tried sleeping on side but always roll to back in middle of sleep. Baby is doing very well now.

I find that sleeping with my head and upper back slightly raised is helpful but something else may work better for you. It’ll probably be trial and error.

Sleep on your side. Don't sleep on your tummy. Back should be ok for now but further along u may experience breathlesness due to baby's weight.
Hey, Please sleep by your left side for better blood circulation and also please take a maternity pillow for better support
hi mum-to-be, do try to sleep on your left. It gives nutrients to your baby more easily. (:
Pls sleep on your left. Better blood supply for your bb
Get a pillow to prop your back and support it
I slept on my back til about week 20
Try using a maternity pillow?
