Hi may I know which position is best to sleep on while pregnant? Your back right or left? ?
Articles advised against the right. But my gynae assured me that it was alright long as I'm comfortable and can rest well. Left or right or on ur back, whichever rocks ur boat!
If you can sleep on your back...I am saluting you...I can only sleep sideways or 45deg sitting angle otherwise I get breatheless
Left side recommended but i feel uncomfortable so i sleep whichever side is comfortable throughout the night🙃😅
Left side, but as long as you're sleeping on the side, my gynae says its fine

left is the best. if not, right. Try not to lie on your back
