Tips for Breastfeeding in Public Spaces

If mapunta po kayo sa ganung place mas magandang maginquire po kayo muna para if breastfeeding time alam nyo na po kung saan kayo pupunta at pwe-pwesto. Meron din po nursing cover na nabibili or di kaya kahit lampin, blacket nya, or towel na pang cover lang sa inyo ni baby. Meron din pong nabibiling breastfeeding clothes but para samin ni baby di sya effective kase habang nagmimilk sya gusto nya nilalaro at hinahawakan ang kabilang nipple ko kaya naman expose pa rin talaga kahit anong tago. Pwede rin na kong aalis kayo magpump po muna kayo sa bahay then lagay nyo po sa milk bottle ang breastmilk para once gusto na ni baby magmilk ready ka.

my baby hates covers :( kaya nahirapan ako nag breastfeed in public pero when I discovered breastfeeding clothes that have easy access to the boobs, it worked out for me. the key was to size up those clothes para mas maluwag siya and more cloth when baby moves hindi agad mag wardrobe malfunction and mag "hello world" si boobies but again i hope PH catches up to normalizing breastfeeding someday

im use nursing cover to cover up went breastfeeding my baby in public space..its helps me.

Always bring a nursing cover. Find a place that you'd feel comfortable.
