Threw Out

Bread, crackers, gingerale, fruit, water it all makes me sick! I can't keep anything down, if I'm not vomiting it runs through me like water. My doc says just make sure I stay hydrated but I'm hungry and can't stomach anything. Anyone have this problem and find any kind of solution?

No solution sis..sy awal2 dulu sama macam sis sampai dehydrated kena warded hosp..😅 jgn jadi macam sy ye..xboleh paksa juga, muntah pun xape,jangan xmakan langsung..try & error la makan apa yg boleh..slow2 lama2 dah ok, macam sy dah 24weeks baru better sikit,kalau x macam dah xrupa orang dulu..😂

sy untill 17 week teruk muntah2..2 kali msuk air..unpaid sbulan keje .mmg heartbun tp mkn je..bykn mkn buah mcm tembikai, jmbu batu, tembikai susu,mnum air koko atau holicks..jnji makan..kalau tak bdn lemah.

saya pun sama juga sis.masuk 6mnggu start mkn muntah,mkn muntah.sgat2 sengsara..skrng da masuk 13weeks ada okay sikit tpi masih muntah waktu petang.heartburn and gastrik lagi.mual, loya masih kuat lagi.

sama macam saya. tak jumpa solution apa2. nak taknak kena makan juga walaupun tau lepas tu akan muntah. lama2 dah terbiasa. mula2 saja stress sangat. now dah much better. pray hard and keep strong dear. 💪

sabar La ye.. my 1st born masuk 6 bulan baru ok lega seleganya. My 2nd tak teruk sangat tapi kena heartburn + gastric teruk.. dah macam kura kura sekarang sebab telan buah banyak 🙈

U can try to eat watermelon in moderate qty. Watermelon help ease morning sickness and also can keep us hydrate. 🍉

yes watermelon does help. include guava as well.

Yea saya pn macamtu. Sampai 18 weeks baru boleh. Keep on makan je, if muntah later just muntah je . 😢
