Tbh by 4 months your milk supply has already accustom to baby’s need! What you pump is different from when baby latch! Most people don’t know but breast milk supply will slowly change to just how much your baby need! Dont be too worried! It’s really fine!!!! I was a cow for 3 months and slowly milk supply go down to just what my baby needs! I dont take any supplements! If you’re worried just eat 3 meals and drink lots of water!!

Is there any major stress factor in your life now? I noticed my supply went up when I left a stressful environment. Stress caused milk to be so called stuck in the body.
Not that I can think of but I do have other kids all grown up. Probably the housechores and exhaustion of taking care of a baby. My other kids does help around with the chores and taking care of their baby brother but I still feel that my body is tired even when I nap in the afternoon.
My lactation masseus says to cook fish soup with fish bone, and add kailan inside after the soup is done. The soup should be cooked until it turns white.
Ok noted on that. Thanks mummy! ☺️
Try hand express at the end of pumping. At first u May see little milk but it might increase over time
