been prenatal lately, 35weeks & 6days pregnant. sinukat yung tyan ko ng ob ko last month 21cm lang at ngayon umabot na ng 30cm. need ko na daw po mag diet kasi sobrang laki na ng baby ko. any tips momshies na pano magdiet? need ur answers pls.

kapag mag less rice ka mommy, dapat more meat. iwas ka rin sa matatamis at nood ka sa youtube mga exercise for pregnant mommies, gayahin mo nalang 😊
