been prenatal lately, 35weeks & 6days pregnant. sinukat yung tyan ko ng ob ko last month 21cm lang at ngayon umabot na ng 30cm. need ko na daw po mag diet kasi sobrang laki na ng baby ko. any tips momshies na pano magdiet? need ur answers plsss.

mommy ang meal mo dapat less rice and more meat. eat fruits and veggies also. avoid eating sweet foods and nood ka sa youtube mga exercise for pregnant women gayahin mo nlaang, go mommy!!
less rice plus more meat mommy. tas iwas ka sa matatamis, and kain veggies and fruits tapos nood ka mga exercise sa youtube na for pregnant women hehe gayahin mo lang. go mommy!!
