No, I don’t advice Bangkok. I think 3 month old you are better off going to a place with advanced medical care in case anything goes wrong

I would suggest some other scenic places which have less pollution like Genting, Bintan etc.
I think it really depends on your comfort level. Cus the weather there can be humid imo.
