Isit hard to get pregnant after giving birth to your first
I've had a miscarriage followed by a rainbow baby. Then I tried again but miscarried again at 15 weeks. I've been trying again for almost 8 months. But all my tests are negative.

Really depends on ur body and your level of stress if your health is all okay. For me, my firstborn was conceived rather easily, within 3 months of trying as I had prepped my body with prenatal vitamins 1 year prior. But unfortunately when we were ready to have our 2nd, tt's abt 2+ year gap from my first, I had 2 miscarriages within a year. But I know at tt time I was super stressed at work, given a new position with extra responsibilities and kept falling sick. We were trying so hard but tt also cld have contributed to my stress. So aft my 2nd miscarriage, I told my husband to wait it out for another 6 mths, and in the meantime, I tried to change my diet and I also changed workplace, started to take my prenatal vits more regularly too. Lo and behold just after 2 months in the new workplace (tt is way less stressful), I discovered I was pregnant with my rainbow baby, my 2nd born.

If you just have birth to your first (within a year) it won't be advisable to be pregnant again (though you can) as your hormones may not be back to normal, body may not have fully recovered even if you looked like you did. Also, I realise when my husband and I are well rested and at our happiest mood, we have a very good/enjoyable intercourse, we immediately have a baby. Also, lying down on bed 10min or more or even just taking a nap after intercourse will help the sperms meet the egg. You can also try using ovulation strips. What I can advise is, don't keep yourself in the "trying mode", only when you are in a lighter mood, you can get what you want. ****SENDING BABY POWDER****
