Anyone can suggest how do you fall asleep better at night ? I’ve been having sleeping difficulties since week 12. Tossing and turning a few times at night as well. Seem to be taking me hours to be able to fall asleep. Didn’t use to have this problem before.
Read a book or listen to some relaxing music. Going for a walk before bedtime helps too take care(:
Will usually drink a warm cup of milk take warm shower play some instrumental songs and i dose off
