Tips for Insomnia

I'm in week 19 now and having a frustrating bout of insomnia. Have trouble falling asleep at night, and usually will sleep for 3-4 hours before waking up. Sometimes it's my bladder, sometimes hunger pangs and other times no reason at all! It's making me feel really cranky. Has this happened to anyone and do you have tips on how to get better rest?

Earlier trimester especially in my 2nd trimester i m always waking up middle of the night n stoning few hours before i managed to sleep back. I do not have afternn naps (not even wkends) and sometime it gets better. I slept better in third trimester coz i only wake up once for toilet compared to my second trimester where i kept waking up to go coz bladder like always full. Now in my 39 week 1 day but sleeping 3h straight seems quite impossible for me 😭
