Reward Never Received

Mine took almost a month and till date haven't receive too. A newborn gift set box and friso milk sample all didn't arrive either.

Me too! I claim the rewards last Dec, but still haven't receive. I email they also never reply.

Probably need to wait. I redeemed stuff before and usually more than 2 weeks to receive

Usually they are quite prompt with their replies, do try and email them again.

I redeemed something in early Dec and yet to receive anything too! :(
