Cold Water

I have been drinking cold water, i cant take in any warm or lukewarm water. Just feel like puking

Try to avoid. Westerners are ok with tht, but i think TCM will ask to avoid cold drinks

I craved for cold drinks in my second pregnancy. But it’s better to drink warm water.

I've been drinking cold water since pregnant , body is too warm for warm water..

In limited amount is alright as long as not too cold like ice water. :)

Can but not with ice. Better take warm water based on TCM

Not advisable and if possible, control go minimum.
