My son is already 1 year and 4months but his not yet talking, ormal lang po ba?

Buntis po ako..running for 6months na.... Positive po aqo s p.t serum pro negative aqo s p.t urine..ano po b kaibahan s serum at s urine?at ngpa utra sound po last months january 6..ang sabi ng doctor wlang baby at ndi dw aqo buntis...😢ung pgdudugo q dw ay yun na dw ung pgreregla ko...advice po..
