Anxiety over C-Section

Giving birth via C-Section next Tuesday , been really nervous about it since i have major phobia rowards needles n knifes 😭 Having sleepless nights since knowing the date for C-Section , how do i ease my anxiety over this ? Having C-Section at KKH , any MOMs can share their experience #firstbaby #pleasehelp #advicepls ?

Active baby at week 26

Hi mommies ! Been feeling my lil girl`s movement alot ytd and today , some other days only feeling a little movement during night time . Is it normal that some days babies move much more than usual ? #firsttimemom #firstbaby #advicepls

It’s normal. Just like adults, some days you just want to lie there and do nothing. As long as there is movements I wouldn’t worry too much. Sometimes they get too active due to the food or drinks you consumed. Eg cold drinks, sweet drinks or even spicy food. Also, they may also react to a certain music played. My baby used to move a lot in the tummy when she hears “Happy birthday/Merry Christmas and Happy by Pharrell” 😂

Bloated and nausea at week 23

Feeling super bloated n nausea at week 23 , bloatness started from ytd night till now . Wake up from the discomfort of the bloatness 😭 Any idea how to relieve it ? #pleasehelp #firsttimemom #advicepls #firstbaby

Bloated occur for most pregnancy. Do eat on time and in small meals. Do not eat spicy food, caffeine/tea lessen and try drink carbonated drink to release gas through burping.

NUH gave me an result slip in an envelope after the scan. Bloods results u can check from health hub app.

Pregnancy Insomnia

Any mommies experience pregnancy insomnia ? Mine was quite bad , currently at week 9 . Every night around 4am will wake up and couldn't sleep well afterwards ... Any idea how to cope it ?

I used a fair number of aromatherapy products. Here’s a nice lavender based one https://mamaschoice.sg/product/relaxing-massage-oil/ I also sprayed some on my pillow.

What vegetable / fish / proteins can i eat during first tri ?

Hey mommies ❤️ What kind of vegetable / fish / protein do yall usually buy and cook during first tri ? Having hard time to find what i want to eat almost everyday ~ loss of appetite often and couldnt eat finish .#pregnancy #firstbaby

Don’t stress too much over specific food. Enjoy your pregnancy and follow what you crave for that day. Eat in smaller portions but shorter intervals 😊
