Pregnancy Insomnia

Any mommies experience pregnancy insomnia ? Mine was quite bad , currently at week 9 . Every night around 4am will wake up and couldn't sleep well afterwards ... Any idea how to cope it ?

I used a fair number of aromatherapy products. Here’s a nice lavender based one https://mamaschoice.sg/product/relaxing-massage-oil/ I also sprayed some on my pillow.
