Is it okay to change the formula milk brands when baby is only 1 month old?

Dear Mommies, I am thinking of trying various brands of formula milk powder and I am wondering if I am able to switch up formula milk powder frequently when baby is just a newborn baby

it's sooooo hard having in-laws!!!!!!!!!!!!

Moms, do any of you have an incredibly annoying mother-in-law? Just now, I was carrying my child, and my child was crying because they were tired, but when I put them on the bed to soothe them, my mother-in-law swooped in and snatched them away. Now I'm just standing here watching my mother-in-law carry my child. It's so irritating, seriously. When I'm bathing my child, she watches me like a supervisor overseeing her employees' work. She comments, "You can't do this, you can't do that." It's frustrating. Once, I saw her giving banana to my child, and my child was licking it. My child was only 3 months old at that time. I told her not to give the banana, as it's not the right time YET. She replied, "It's okay, just a lick or two won't hurt". Hello???? It's not your child..... And my husband always takes her side, which makes me even more annoyed. I'm not happy that my mother-in-law is taking over my child every day. She wants to carry them all the time, but it can't be all the time. Whenever I'm carrying my child, she always says, "Come here, I will carry." I reply, "Let me do it." Then she says, "Come here, I haven't carried them at all." But she carries them more often than I do. 🤬😡

Thank god i have my own house before having a baby. Expected things like this can occur so scary.

Just want rant

Hi mommies, what time do you all usually bath your child? If it was morning, my child is 20mths old. Just like today, he woke up at 9.30am, and I bathe him at 10am...is it not right? It goes like this after I bathe him, my MIL said to him, eh thought he had eaten his breakfast, then I said he just woke up not long ago. And what she replied was he just woke up and you bathe him so early, want him to get sick again is it? Is it wrong to bathe him after he woke up? #advice #help #irraitatingMIL

My in-laws always bad mouth my parenting style...

Mom, I just need to vent a bit... Why does my mother-in-law always make hurtful comments about everything I do for my child? She always seems to belittle and... well, suggest strange things. For example, from the moment my child was born, I didn't want to swaddle them too tightly. She used to get angry and say I didn't love my child, that their legs would become crooked... When my baby was around 3 or 4 months old, she insisted on giving my baby honey on their lips because she said their lips were dry... I clearly didn't allow it and got angry at her. But she said I was a cruel daughter-in-law and mother, and she would tell other relatives that I'm old-fashioned and weird. Isn't she the old-fashioned one? Now that my child has started eating solid food... she always criticizes the meals I cook. If my child doesn't want to eat, she says, "Well, who would want to eat that, it looks disgusting." Oh, I can't take it anymore...

I wonder whether you can also try being vulnerable with her. Tell her frankly that her words are hurtful and make you feel very lousy as a woman, but say it in a way that suggest that she mustn't have meant it or she didn't know the impact of what she's saying or doing. Rather than going hard, sometimes going soft shows strength and control too.
