It's not uncommon for infants to experience sleep disturbances like nightmares or sleep-talking. It can be distressing for parents to witness their little ones going through this. Here are some things you can try to help alleviate the situation: 1. Create a Calm Bedtime Routine: Establishing a soothing bedtime routine can help your infant feel more secure and relaxed before going to sleep. This could include activities like a warm bath, gentle massage, reading a bedtime story, or soft music. 2. Ensure a Comfortable Sleep Environment: Make sure the room temperature is comfortable, and your baby's sleep environment is conducive to restful sleep. Keep the room dark, quiet, and at a comfortable temperature. 3. Monitor Your Baby's Diet: Sometimes, certain foods or drinks consumed by a breastfeeding mother can affect an infant's sleep patterns. Pay attention to your diet and try to identify if there are any triggers. 4. Comfort and Reassure Your Infant: If your baby wakes up crying or seems distressed during the night, offer comfort and reassurance. A gentle touch, soothing voice, or rocking can help soothe your baby back to sleep. 5. Discuss with your Pediatrician: If the sleep disturbances persist or become more concerning, it's always a good idea to consult with your pediatrician. They can provide further guidance and rule out any underlying health issues. Remember, every baby is different, and what works for one may not work for another. Be patient and understanding as you navigate through this phase with your little one. https://invl.io/cll6she

Is he playing alot in the day? Might be overstimulation. My LO used to have this when she plays and giggles too much in the day.
