Which baby biscuit is recommended? Those with the least sugar content! For 7 months old. Biscuits can be too heaty. Is there any other baby snacks with low sugar content that is recommended too?

Hi mummies My gal is 5mths keep waking up at 6am since 2-3weels ago sometimes at 3am def not for milk. Slept in at 9pm-6am. She was wide awake at 6am pat all also no use. Used to be she wakes up this timing i managed to pat her she will slp but recently no. I took her out from cot pat her on my chest she was wide awake wanting to play. She didnt cry for milk n milk only feed at 8am Will she continue to stick to this timing?
