Be strong Sis. Find the courage to let go all the negative vibes that keeping you distressed. Instead, sorround yourself with positivity. Think of happy thoughts, listen to your favorite music, or try to keep yourself busy, do household chores, prepare your baby's needs or think of your baby's name. Its okey to cry and be weak. Pero wag naman gabi gabi kasi hindi healthy para kay baby. Cry it out once and feel the pain until it hurts no more. Remember sis, kapag hindi natin kayang baguhin yung mga bagay na ayaw natin, dapat natin pag-aralan tanggapin ito para hindi tayo paulit ulit na nasasktan.
