Why does romance vanish after few years of marriage?

Hahaha.... It is the normal phenomenon. You know how it is when you meet your special someone for the first time. You have butterflies in your stomach and the only important thing in life is meeting your beloved and looking your best. And we keep doing it till the time we get married and more so when there are restrictions on meeting your special person, because there is whole lot of thrill involved in meeting your beloved then. But when we get married,w e are available for our partner all the time, and gradually our family expand, you have to be responsible for ten other things as well. You still remain the priority but there are so many mundane things happening that expression of love takes a back seat. No doubt, love is there but people express it on occasions or rare times. For romance to stay kicking, couples have to nurture it. Keep adding thrill, adventure, newness to your relationship.

It's only natural for the butterflies to fizzle and the excitement to fade. We settle into daily routine and just don't pay as much attention as the beginning. But don't let the marriage slip away just because the feeling of romance is not there. A successful marriage needs both parties to continue putting effort to pursue each other. Surprise each other and keep that fire going by adding something to fuel that flame. You can do it!

Because after a few years we start finding the person, the lifestyle become boring. Everything becomes so predictable that you lose interest in things. It is human nature to become bored with predictability. So, the fact that everything in marriage is so everyday thing that whole thrill and novelty is gone. And this is more than a enough reason that takes away the romance from the marriage.
