Try low fat greek yogurt. They come in various flavours and they are really good for health as well :)

Meiji or marigold brand yoghurt. Opt for lower sugar one if you are at risk of GDM during pregnancy.

Unflavored or greek yoghurt would be better. Flavoured yoghurts are quite high in sugar content.
