My PD recommended waiting until my kid turned 1 as well. I make yoghurt at home with Meiji milk based on recommendations from Moms here. But my PD was fine with any yoghurt. Her age was the only consideration.

Super Mum

Plain yogurt is fine but you can try giving very small amount first and monitor if there's any allergic reaction

I usually use plain geek yoghurt without sugar. if wanna to make different flavour just mix with real fruit.

Plain Greek yoghurt. Greek yoghurt, not Greek style. Farmer union is greek style. You can try chobani

Based on my PD, baby haven't reach 1 year old is not allowed to have cheese, fresh milk and yogurt.

Yes I choose greek yoghurt for my baby , add some fruits to it for extra flavors .

I buy Farmers Union Greek Style yogurt! available in NTUC finest!
