Carousell - a lot of people sell brand new cloth diapers for a fraction of the price. A lot of them buy bundles intending to use them, but never get around to using them. I bought my Moo Moo Kows from there. There was a woman who sold me 16 brand new diapers for $250 - that's $15.60 for each diaper when the retail price of 1 is $30! :D
Qoo10 has really cheap ones at about $15. Unless you go for traditional cloth diapers then they're less than $10 a piece.
