Where can I buy nice and good price balloon for birthday celebration?

I got my balloon package for my girl's first birthday from Cheery Balloons https://www.facebook.com/CheeryBalloons/ There was a package they were promoting at a baby fair which is $150 for the below items 20 latex balloons 1 balloon arch 1 ballon bouquet 1 first birthday balloon 1 novelty candle I thought this was a good deal and I read their reviews which were all good. My sister in law ordered balloons from them for teachers day and she said they are very accommodating. You can give them a try
