When you're feeling down and don't feel like your usual chatty self, how do you just get away from everyone- hubby and kids inclusive? Without hurting their feelings of course.

I guess, they are your kids and husband and if you are down you can tell them frankly, this is what family is for, that we can be honest without feeling a hitch. And you can do whatever you feel relaxes you the most. Be it going to the spa, sleeping whole day, shopping, eating out with your friends, whatever. Though I am not fond of shopping but I have lived those days when I was working and at times when I used to feel stressed, I would shop for myself. And wearing new clothes, I think does some magic. You really start feeling good.
