Returning back to work
When is the "right" time to return back to work after giving birth? Sad but true that we miss out on opportunities if we've left work for too long.. Please advise, thank you.
4 months. Depends on your choice and what arrangement your line manager is agreeable with
I took 2 months of maternity leave. The next 2 months I slowly take within a year
Im taking a one year break from work. Really want to see my baby milestones
After three months is okay , but if you feel weak you can ask for more time
Personal choice and question of giving up something to gain something else
I believe after 4 months of maternity. And of cause when you are ready.
I returned part-time 4 months later, and then full-time after a year.
Depends on individual I don’t think there’s a “right” time
Sadly hv to return back to work after 3 months maternity leave..
Personal choice - no fixed answer. I will go as late as possible
