When is the best time to drink bird nest? Before or after meal? Before sleep?

I don’t think birds nest does much so I guess you can take it anytime?

I do it before bed but I'm not sure if there's a best time.

Before sleep.. after eating then go to bed

I don't have a specific time for it.
