actually anytime of pregnancy, but in moderation.. however most people start in 2nd or even 3rd trimester, also in moderation..

I think I started ard trimester 2 like that. I have it once a week. Week 34 now

My mum told me 2nd trim. Dont take during 1st trim.

Can eat anytime, just in moderation.
