When will baby starts to differentiate close ones to strangers. Cause I am afraid if I introduce maid to him at 3 months he will think that is close ones

They will learn who are their parents and who are their caretakers, their won't be any confusion. For me I introduced helper at 2 months, baby is quite attached to helper but she knows who her parents are.

Yes and when they start talking they will call mama and dada. I think it's important that even though your helper takes care of the baby most of the time, whenever you're available you should spend time with the baby and keep talking to them and telling them you're mama

Mine at 7 months, he will only stretch out to familiar people to carry. Those he not sure who they are he'll cling on tight to me and stare hard at the person. Hahaha!

Around 11months.

Close to one year old the baby will start to differentiate strangers from family members. :)
