Below are my methods to boost milk supply: 1) Latching whenever possible 2) Pump even after latching 3) Do power pumping 4) Ensure enough quality sleep 5) Eat milk boosting food/drinks (salmon, oats, fennel tea, milk for breastfeeding mother) I personally find dumex mamil mama quite good. Magnolia Oats Plus milk for me. I've ever drank one entire carton over a day and boosted my supply by at least 50ml. I have very good supply, so I didn't actually need the milk, but it's always good to have more!It's really tasty as well. Retails for $3.50 and available at most major supermarkets. I have the Mother's Milk tea but it didn't work for me at all.

For me Salmon is my best milk booster!! Others that works for me too include lactation cookies, overnight oats, papaya fish soup, milo with oats and VCO. =)
Mothers milk tea - you can buy it from kiddy palace, motherswork, RedMart, I herb etc. Two tea packets in a hot water flask and I sip it all morning ;)
