Hi Baby, you can try salmon which contain high levels of DHA and taurine which are important building blocks for brain and eye development. Try this recipe out: Ingredients: Friso Gold rice-based milk cereal 6 tbsp Warm water 200ml Salmon fillet 1/4 cup Tomato 1 tbsp Preparation: - Remove skin and bones from salmon fillet, then dice - Peel, seed and dice tomato - Steam salmon and tomato for 8 minutes, then mash with blender - Mix Friso Gold rice-based milk cereal with warm water. Add salmon and tomato mash. Stir well.
8mo i will start to explore more fish options. basically whatever fish we have on the dinner table(only steam version) i will offer some to my LO
So far, i have fed my 9mths old boy with threadfin and codfish. Gonna try salmon next! I steam e fish.
Salmon and Codfsh. I steam or pan fry it. With boiled/steam potato and carrots by the side.
Threadfin is good! Salmon would be a good next option. Make some broccoli by the side.
