what kind of fish is suitable for 10month old baby? Some article say that white flesh fish such as Flounder, Haddock, Cod, and Sole are safest to introduce. But how about salmon? Will it contain too much oil that baby hard to digest?

boney fish and shellfish are common allegens for infants, so maybe best to keep them away from it until they are 1 years? http://wholesomebabyfood.momtastic.com/introducingfishtobaby.htm#WwhJhwKotIoYrV5c.99

I think salmon is fine. You can refer to this post for some recipes: http://www.madeformums.com/baby/15-fish-recipes-for-babies/17800.html Also, always check for bones before giving it to baby. :)

Salmon is good with omega, you can feed salmon, but of course try not to feed everyday, once a week or twice a week is fine.

I gave my lo salmon at 8months. seems to be ok :) salmon is packed with healthy oils.. but yah, only feed 1x or 2x a week..
