Walking, yoga, always stay positive, control your emotions, eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, must take prenatal vitamins, milk,egg(fully cooked)

thank u 😘 tapi kalau sye sllu banyak berfikir n selalu sedih effect pade baby teruk ke ?

dont stress .. makan makanan yg seimbang .. jgn lupa mkn ubat dr klinik ..

Consume folic acid. Vitamin, milk and kurma.
