What's the hardest part of pregnancy?

Para sakin 1st trimester dahil sa morning sickness. Pero overall, yung "4th trimester" po talaga ang pinaka-kinatatakutan ko... ito yung newborn stage ni baby, na parehong adjustment period nyo, sobra pagod, puyat, unbalanced hormones, and worst of all--unstable milk supply that causes breast engorgement, or worse, mastitis 😭
