To what extend do you believe in superstition and old wives tale during pregnancy? Did you follow strictly, if not, what did you not follow and did anything happen?
I don't believe in superstitions, only hard facts and science! But if it comforts you and does no harm then no problem :)
I will try to find out the reason behind before I follow. Most of the superstitions are for the good of mother and baby.
Depends on which are rational. For example. Not be be near paint sites, can be good to reduce harmful chemicals
I only followed some of it, like not attending wakes during pregnancy or involving renovations work at home.
Is good to know but not to follow blindly. There must be a reason behind it
