Confinement after miscarriage

i did a 2 weeks confinement.. eat confinement food and drink red dates longan tea. I shower and wash my hair with herbal water but use hair dryer to dry your hair. No fan but aircon is fine, do wear 3/4 to long pants to keep warm still. rest as much as possible and stay positive!

Hi, I miscarried twice and both times I did 2 weeks confinement. Wasn't that strict - still shower and all..just that I wear socks and eat healthily and opted for the post natal massage - same as someone who had given birth just that its only for 2 weeks.
