Please don't feel baby cereal with milk bottle. If your PD already gave greenlight to start solid I think no issue but you can try with very small amount and very runny texture first. Gerber oat cereal is a good start, you can mix with bm or formula until it's runny and feed with a small spoon.

It’s best to feed cereals via the spoon and not using the bottle. There are small spoons suitable for 4m old babies. Make the cereal using your milk if baby’s not drinking well. You can try Nestle cerelac or other brands

4 month is too early for cereal. need to be at least 6 month

I was recommended by PD to start cereal from 4m
