What age would you allow your children to have a boyfriend/girlfriend?

When he or she is older than 18, I don't want to be too strict because parents that are too strict tend to have sneaky children. I want them to be open to me when they already have their own relationships. :)

As long as they are done with their studies, they are allowed to get into a relationship.
