Is it ever possible to get a flat tummy after giving birth? Perhaps after some time of course. Thank you

Hi Jayel! It's definitely possible. Many of us experience the ‘kangaroo pouch’ after childbirth, especially after a C-section. A balanced, nutritious diet, consistent exercise and adequate sleep (try to rest whenever you can) will go a long way. Why is sleep a factor? When we don’t get enough rest, the stress hormone, Cortisol, rises in our body, which might make our body hold on to additional body weight.
