I had a c section and I was asked to wait at least 2 months to exercise. What exercises can I do in the meantime?

While waiting for your C-section area to heal, you can start off with pelvic floor exercises and also gentle stretches for your back - for example, the Cat Stretch. I would also recommend walking. There is a reason why we are encouraged to move around in the hospital ward, as soon as we can after childbirth. Movement helps to increase blood circulation within our body, and will help us recover faster. :)
