Can I know if diastasis recti be cured??

5y ago

With the right exercises, the abdominal gap can be reduced over time. For myself, I experienced diastasis recti as well at about three fingers’ width. I gradually closed the gap while focusing on restoring function to my abdominal muscles. Is "pantang" really important?

when can i start exercising again?

Hi Anna! Did you have a natural or C-section birth, and how far postpartum are you? Always check in with your gynae before you start your workout routine. If you had a natural birth, you can likely start after four weeks. If you had a C-section, you might need a longer recovery period of up to eight weeks.
