Mine fully developed into carpal tunnel in both arms and nerve issues 😑 Anyway can you try scooping up the baby without bending ur wrists downwards? Or sliding the length of ur arms under the baby before lifting. Remember to clench ur core like kegels too if u can while lifting. Can also buy a sling carrier like how traditionally people use kain batik as a sling to reduce the full weight if baby on ur arms. but just support the head and upper body. I cant save myself as my baby too chonky. good luck
