A ball like when touch right above c sect wound

I feel a ball like above my c section area on my lower abdomen 16 days pp. Should I be concern?

Am not so sure of that. Pero na tackle ba ni dra regarding intraperitoneal/ bowel adhesions as side effect ng cs operation mo?
