can i eat papaya ?

tried to google fruits but some show can some show cannot.. so can i actually eat papaya? what are the fruits that i should totally avoid??

Try not to eat fruits that have “strong” enzymes such as raw papaya, pineapple, etc. In my case, I also avoided kiwi as it had the same effect of pineapple does on me.

Pineapples to avoid please. No unripe papaya. Even if ripe papayas is still best to avoid if possible.

Just no raw Papaya. Those ripe ones are okay to consume in moderation
