Ample exercise, proper diet, sufficient sleeping time and let the nature and nurture take their course.
Sleep earlier! Sleeping late usually affects kids and most such children are quite short.
Give them good nutrition. While gene plays a part, nutrition has a share too.
Banana shake with skipping rope and some stretching help me a lot personally.

Nothing. Just give them food and hope they inherited the right genes.
I think a healthy diet and sleep is very important—so is exercise!

How old is your child? Jumping? That’s what my mum told me.

Calcium is impt. So drink milk. Do stretching and exercise.
Think it's mostly genetic, but good nutrition might help?
