Parents, ano ang best way to DISCIPLINE kids nowadays, based on your experience?

I really like and *try* to apply yung mga parenting tips and advise ni Dr. Siggie Cohen PhD, which is to basically validate the feelings but correct the behavior. Disciplining children doesn't mean you have to shout or hurt them, what you need to be is to be calm and firm ☺️
